At the nationwide academic conference “New Solutions, New Opportunities, or a Few Words on the Amendment of Commercial Law”, held on 6 March, Marek Topór, PhD, senior associate at Kubas Kos Gałkowski, gave a lecture titled “Refusal to Carry Out a Binding Order of the Dominant Company in the Light of the New Holding Law”.
The conference was organised by the “Societas” Academic Society of Commercial Law and Capital Market. Participants discussed the current shape of commercial law and its planned changes.
