On 24-25 November, the online conference Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) in Construction - Strategies and Ways of Reaching a Settlement organised by the Polish Consulting Engineers and Experts Association (SIDiR) and the Construction Arbitration Court at the Polish Consulting Engineers and Experts Association was held.
During the first day of the event, a panel discussion ADR vs State Courts took place. Advantages, disadvantages, and limitations were presented by Maciej Durbas, PhD, of counsel at KKG.
