In May 2023, AMCA was established by its founders, the Center for Legislation Development Foundation of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia, the Armenian General Benevolent Union and the Armenian Bar Association. AMCA is a non-profit organization with the governing bodies of a Board of Trustees, Secretariat and Arbitration Council.
