On June 14, 2025, a special ICC YAAF session took place in Riga as part of the Baltic Arbitration Days Young Arbitrators Forum. During the event, participants engaged in a lively discussion on the practical aspects of conflicts of interest and the duty of disclosure in international arbitration. It was a great opportunity to explore current trends, best practices, and the challenges faced by arbitrators, arbitral institutions, and national courts.

The panel featured Maciej Durbas from KKG Legal alongside an outstanding group of international experts: Paloma Carrasco García (B. Cremades y Asociados), Jadranka Jakovcic, Nadia Ohlhoff-Smahi (Lenz & Staehelin), and Denis Parchajev (Motieka & Audzevičius).

The discussion was moderated by Jacob Ericson (Westerberg & Partners) and Piotr Paprota (GESSEL Attorneys at law).

We thank all participants for joining us and contributing to this insightful discussion.
