On 7 March, Ms. Agnieszka Trzaska, attorney-at-law, partner at Kubas Kos Gałkowski, conducted workshops entitled ‘Writing a Statement of Claims’, which initiated the series entitled Legal Writing Academy. The series is addressed to law students of Jagiellonian University and aims to provide participants with practical know-how in the scope of the composition of statements of claims, motions for injunctions, motions in non-litigious proceedings, complaints to the administrative court, and appeals.
