On 25 October, Konrad Trzaskowski, attorney-at-law and senior associate at Kubas Kos Gałkowski, conducted the third workshop in the Legal Writing Academy series; the subject of the workshop was ‘Writing a Motion in Non-Litigious Proceedings’.
The Legal Writing Academy is a series of workshops addressed to Jagiellonian University law students aimed at transmitting practical knowledge in the area of writing statements of claims, motions for security, motions in non-litigious proceedings, complaints to administrative courts, and appeals.
