On 10 April, Ms. Katarzyna Kostępska, attorney-at-law and senior associate at Kubas Kos Gałkowski, conducted the second workshop in the Legal Writing Academy cycle. The topic of the workshop was ‘Writing a Motion for an Injunction’.
The Legal Writing Academy is a series of workshops addressed at law students of Jagiellonian University. The goal of the project is to provide them with practical knowledge in writing statements of claims, motions for injunctions, motions in non-litigious proceedings, complaints to administrative court, and appeals.
