On 15 November, Maciej Durbas and Grzegorz Pokrzywka, attorneys-at-law and senior associates at Kubas Kos Gałkowski, conducted the fourth workshop in the Legal Writing Academy series; the subject of the workshop was ‘Writing a Complaint to an Administrative Court’.
The Legal Writing Academy is a series of workshops addressed to Jagiellonian University law students aimed at transmitting practical knowledge in the area of writing statements of claims, motions for security, motions in non-litigious proceedings, complaints to administrative courts, and appeals.
