There is no direct line in Poland. The previous regulations did not take into account the dynamics of the development of renewable energy sources, the changes in the market and the real need to use this solution more freely.

The increase in the price of electricity and the reduction in the cost of constructing RES installations mean that a direct connection can be advantageous and economically viable for both the producer and the consumer.

In the latest episode of the podcast “KKG with Energy”, attorneys Patrycja Nowakowska and Marek Malciak answer the following questions:

  • What is a direct line in terms of energy law?
  • What European regulations have influenced the development of direct line legislation?
  • What are the obligations and procedures related to direct lines after the amendment?
  • What fees are associated with the use of direct lines?
  • What are the benefits of using direct lines?

We invite you to listen!
