On January 27-28, KKG Legal joined global AI thought leaders at the United Nations Headquarters in Geneva to explore the evolving legal landscape of artificial intelligence. Represented by Dominik Gałkowski, Paweł Sikora, and Grzegorz Pobożniak, our team took part in discussions on AI legal challenges at one of the key gatherings shaping the future of responsible AI governance.

KKG Legal at AIFOD Geneva Summit 2025:

  • KKG's Side Event – Our team (Dominik Gałkowski, Paweł Sikora, and Grzegorz Pobożniak) led an engaging session on AI's legal challenges, diving into how artificial intelligence is transforming industries, the complexities of aligning AI practices with evolving laws, and the global landscape of copyright and patentability as well as liability matters. The discussion also touched on key privacy concerns, including GDPR and cross-border data flow regulations, as well as the role of risk-sharing contracts in AI deployment.

  • Session 2: Frameworks for Responsible AI Governance – Dominik Gałkowski took part in  dynamic discussions from leaders in legal, technology, and climate ventures.

The AIFOD Geneva Summit brings together leaders from over 80 countries, uniting experts to bridge the gap between AI advancements and regulatory frameworks, particularly for developing economies. Discussions ranged from data sovereignty and security to algorithm autonomy and ethical AI practices.

A big thank you to AI For Developing Countries Forum and all participants for the inspiring conversations and insights! Looking forward to continuing the dialogue on AI and its legal implications.
