The discussion also touched on key privacy concerns, including GDPR and cross-border data flow regulations, as well as the role of risk-sharing contracts in AI deployment.

The AIFOD Geneva Summit brings together leaders from over 80 countries, uniting experts to bridge the gap between AI advancements and regulatory frameworks, particularly for developing economies. Discussions ranged from data sovereignty and security to algorithm autonomy and ethical AI practices.
