KKG Experts at the Conference “60 Years of the 1958 New York Convention in Poland. The CEE Perspective”

From 21 to 22 January, the international conference 60 Years of the 1958 New York Convention in Poland. The CEE Perspective was held. During the first day of the event, Rafał Kos, PhD, leader of the arbitration practice at KKG, appeared in a panel discussion Res iudicata – Current Problems and Possible Solutions, while Maciej Durbas, PhD, of counsel and co-leader of the arbitration practice at KKG, acted as moderator of the panel European Approach to the ‘in favorem juridictionis arbitri’ Rule.

The event was organized by: the Academic Association of Alternative Dispute Resolution Methods at TBSP UJ, Young ICCA, the Arbitration Court at the Polish Chamber of Commerce in Warsaw, the Lewiatan Arbitration Court, and Baker McKenzie law firm.
