December 2005 Our Law Firm was admitted to c-law – The European Centre for Comparative Commercial and Company Law, an international non-profit association with its seat in Krakow. The association gathers lawyers and economists from several European countries and the United States, contributes to the improvement of legislation and legal practices within the scope of commercial and company law and promotes standards of best practice and corporate governance in Europe, with a particular emphasis on the new Member States of the European Union as well as the associated countries. C-law seeks to achieve its aims through independent scientific research, academic exchanges, interdisciplinary dialogues and related activities.
