Julita Zawadzka, partner at KKG Legal, participated in the symposium of the International Working Group “Derivatives Litigation and Dispute Resolution”, which took place in Nijmegen, the Netherlands, on 23-24 January 2025. The symposium was organised by the Financial Law Centre at the Radboud University.

Together with Professor Piotr Tereszkiewicz, she presented the Polish experience of derivatives litigation in the aftermath of the Global Financial Crisis, contributing to a wider exchange of views on the difficulties encountered in this area by individual countries from Europe and beyond.

The International Working Group creates a space for collaboration between financial law experts and litigators from around the world.

We congratulate Julita on her participation in this symposium and wish her and Professor Piotr Tereszkiewicz the best of luck in their further work within the International Working Group.
