The Jubilee Book dedicated to Professor Andrzej Koch, entitled Z badań nad prawem prywatnym [From Studies in Private Law] and published by Wydawnictwo Naukowe UAM, edited by Dr hab. Adam Olejniczak, Dr hab. Marcin Orlicki, and Dr hab. Jakub Pokrzywniak includes an article by JU Professor Dr hab. Andrzej Kubas, a partner at Kubas Kos Gałkowski, Utracone korzyści jako element szkody przedsiębiorstwa [Lucrum Cessans as an Element of Damage to the Enterprise].
The book has been published to honor the many years of work of Professor Andrzej Koch who last year celebrated his 75th birthday and in 2017 celebrated the 45th anniversary of the conferment of the title of Doctor of Legal Sciences by the Faculty Board of the Faculty of Law and Administration of Adam Mickiewicz University.
