On 21 June Dr Rafał Kos, a partner at Kubas Kos Gałkowski, by virtue of the resolution of the Confederation Lewiatan Board of Directors was appointed for another three year term as a Vice President of the Lewiatan Court of Arbitration. Next to Dr Rafał Kos, Ms. Anna Pukszto, attorney-at-law, and Mr. Piotr Spaczyński, attorney-at-law, were appointed to the positions of Vice Presidents, whereas Przemysław Schmidt, attorney-at-law, was appointed the President of the Court.
The Lewiatan Court of Arbitration settles commercial disputes arising both between domestic and international entities.
