On 24 April, the Confederation Lewiatan, the Confederation Lewiatan Court of Arbitration and the Lewiatan Mediation Centre hosted a seminar entitled “Arbitration and Mediation as Support for Entrepreneurial Activity in Labour and Business Disputes”.
One of the speakers was Rafał Kos, PhD, who gave a lecture entitled “Resolution Disputes in Arbitration Proceedings in Light of Articles 1157 and 1163 of the Code of Civil Procedure and the Rules of the Confederation Lewiatan Court of Arbitration”.
The meeting also covered topics such as, among others, conversion from the Civil Procedure Code/arbitration clauses in contracts between entrepreneurs, arbitration proceedings and mediation in individual labour law disputes, as well as mediation in criminal proceedings.
