Dr hab. Arkadiusz Radwan, of counsel at Kubas Kos Gałkowski, took up the post of a visiting professor at the Babeș-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca. He conducts LL.M International and Comparative Business Law programme courses in company law. This year the course will deal with European and Comparative Mergers and Acquisitions. The director of the program is Professor Radu Catana of the Babeș-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca.
