A unique webinar organised by the Dispute Resolution Section of the Krakow Bar Association took place on 16 July 2024. The event, which attracted a wide range of Polish lawyers, focused on issues related to cross-examination of witnesses, from the perspective of renowned law practitioners from the US and UK.
The webinar was hosted by Maciej Durbas, who acted as moderator of the discussion between Richard Hoyle (Essex Court Chambers) and Shashi K. Dholandas (Bailey Duquette P.C.). The experts provided key insights and best practices on witness hearings, which was much appreciated by the participants.
