Yesterday, as part of the New Technologies Law Academy organized by ELSA Krakow, a workshop was held by Grzegorz Pobozniak, Partner and Leader of the New Technologies and Start-ups (TMT) Practice at KKG Legal.

The topic "The Development of Generative AI: Intellectual Property, Privacy, Liability" became the starting point for a discussion of how the law is responding to the increasingly bold use of AI in areas previously reserved for humans.

Participants at the meeting had the opportunity to look at, among other things:

  • the impact of artificial intelligence on the transformation of key sectors,
  • the possibility of protecting AI-generated works,
  • AI systems' compliance with GDPR,
  • basic principles of ethical technology development,
  • legal liability risks,
  • the importance of AI lifecycle audits.

We would like to thank ELSA Krakow for the invitation, and all those present for attending the meeting!
