He is the author of a number of publications and lectures on company law, capital market law, economic analysis of law, European commercial law, international commercial law as well as legal education. He currently performs the function of managing director of the C-Law.org European Centre for Comparative Commercial and Company Law and chief editor of the HUK “Law quarterly for the entire commercial, insolvency and capital market law”.
