On 17-18 September 2020, oral eliminations and the final of the 8th edition of the Lewiatan Arbitration Competition, the first and the largest moot court for legal counsel and attorney trainees in Poland, organised by the Lewiatan Arbitration Court, took place.
Once again, Kubas Kos Gałkowski was the content partner of the event, and our lawyers – Rafał Kos, PhD, Maciej Durbas, and Marek Topór – took on the role of arbitrators-jurors.
The Lewiatan Arbitration Competition allows participants to put their knowledge of arbitration proceedings to practical use and is an excellent opportunity for trainees to shape and test their ability to appear before courts, in particular arbitration courts.
