Participates in the preparation and review of contracts, legal audits (due diligence), business transformation projects and ongoing transactional consulting. Works with a team providing legal services to domestic and foreign entities and conducting civil and commercial litigation against the background of corporate, transactional and post-transactional disputes, as well as capital market disputes.
