He works with the M&A and litigation practice team. He specializes in resolving commercial disputes, mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, and corporate due diligence, as well as in enforcement and bankruptcy proceedings.

He advises Polish and international clients. He has experience in providing comprehensive transaction support, including the preparation of transaction documentation and the coordination of the closing process.

He has participated in projects involving acquisitions based on complex contractual structures, including the reorganization of corporate structures prior to the transaction.

He also has extensive experience serving as a guardian for persons whose whereabouts are unknown and for minors in court and administrative proceedings.
