Specialises in civil and commercial law. Cooperates with the litigation and arbitration desk and the banking law desk. Her daily work includes conducting court proceedings – from assessing the procedural chances of entrusted cases at the pre-trial stage to enforcement proceedings.

Possesses extensive experience in handling multifaceted civil and commercial cases. She has represented and advised clients from the banking, insurance, construction, transport, advertising and manufacturing industries. As an attorney, she has been involved in many complex court proceedings between contracting authorities and contractors involving multi-million dollar claims arising under construction and service contracts (concluded both as public contracts and in the private sector).

Also represents clients as an attorney in business criminal cases.

Possesses many years of experience in providing legal services to entities in the financial sector. For several years, she was a member of the team conducting litigation as part of comprehensive legal services for one of the leading banks in Poland. Conducts litigation as part of providing legal services to banks, including precedent disputes concerning PLN loan agreements with a variable interest rate clause based on the WIBOR reference index and proceedings concerning foreign currency loan agreements, factoring agreements and currency options.

In addition, she has dealt with cases in the field of public procurement and competition law.
