Experience
Attorney at law. Expert in banking law and credit issues. Leader of the Banking & Finance Practice. Has extensive experience in providing comprehensive services to companies, particularly in the financial sector. He assists in regulatory projects on behalf of companies in the financial sector.
His practice includes the implementation of projects for banks, including the preparation of loan documentation for consumer and commercial loans. He and his team are currently advising leading banks on the development and implementation of strategies in foreign currency and PLN loan disputes.
As a negotiator and litigation strategist, he has many years of litigation experience in the infrastructure sector. He has advised leading service providers in the construction market.
He has also conducted a number of legal analyses of companies, with a particular focus on the real estate market and investment services. He supervises the Kubas Kos Galkowski French Desk.
Author of numerous publications and press articles on banking and financial law. Regularly shares his knowledge as a speaker and panelist at industry conferences.
