Attorney at law. Specializes in companies law, aviation law, ADR methods (particularly commercial and investment arbitration), as well as contract law, with special emphasis on construction works contracts based on FIDIC templates. He handles litigation and arbitration, corporate disputes, as well as restructuring and insolvency proceedings. Entered on the List of Arbitrators of the Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce in Warsaw. Actively advised in one of the most spectacular and successful restructuring cases in Poland. Participated in developing litigation strategies in complicated disputes, also with participation of foreign parties.

Conducted scholarly research in Durban, Saint Petersburg, and Moscow. He defended his doctoral dissertation: "Multi-Tier Arbitration Clauses as Tools for Dispute Resolution" at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow.
