Experience
Attorney at Law. Has many years of experience in providing legal services to companies, particularly in issues related to the investment process and real estate trade. As the head of legal departments of leading Polish development companies (including those listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange), he conducted land acquisition processes for residential, office, hotel and warehouse purposes. Advised on implementing investments carried out on the said properties (including all necessary administrative proceedings and construction contracts). He also advised on M&A transactions of supported enterprises as well as commercialisation and sale to individual and corporate clients. An experienced negotiator and transaction strategist. He represents clients before state courts, administrative courts, and in arbitration proceedings.
