Experience
Attorney at law. Specialises in energy law, as well as substantive and procedural civil law. A member of a team providing comprehensive legal services to one of the distribution system operators, implementing complex energy law projects and providing advice on substantive civil law and public procurement matters. She also participates in the works of the team handling court disputes.
She has experience in cases related specifically to pursuing claims in avoidance actions, claims for compensation for damage caused by unlawful acts or omissions in the exercise of public authority, pursuing claims against management board members of limited liability companies. She is the author of conference presentations on commercial law, civil procedure, and family law.
