Attorney-at-law. Specialises in civil and commercial law. Collaborates with the team for judicial and arbitral proceedings as well as with the banking law team. In her daily work, she mainly handles the prosecution of judicial proceedings – starting from the assessment of the assessment of chances for success in litigation entrusted at the pre-procedural stage through to enforcement proceedings. Possesses extensive experience in conducting multi-thread and complex civil and commercial cases in the area of the: law of obligations, banking law, property law, and labour law. Represented and advised clients from sectors including: banking, insurance, construction, transport, advertising, and manufacturing. Participated in preparing numerous legal opinions in the scope of substantive and procedural law, including the assessment of chances for success in litigation and the preparation of strategies in planned litigations. Obtained her previous experience as, among others, a member of the team conducting court proceedings in the frame of comprehensive services for one of Poland’s leading banks, including cases related to currency law agreements, factoring agreements, and currency options. Also participated in drawing up internal procedures and regulations for one of the leading companies from the Polish insurance sector. Moreover, handled cases from the scope of public procurement and competition law. Conducted trainings in labour law and social insurance for expert auditor candidates.
