Second legal breakfast at the Sobańskich Palace
18 June 2008
Already for the second time, together with Harvard Business Review Poland and Wolters Kluwer Poland we had the pleasure of organising a legal industry breakfast at the Polish Business Roundtable Club in the Sobański Palace. Our partners: Rafał Kos and Henryk Gaertner discussed issues on securing contract performance. Contracts signed by companies contain various types of clauses securing the performance of the agreement provisions. However, companies often do not pay sufficient attention to such provisions and do not appropriately secure their interests. What are the legal tools that can be employed to better secure contract performance? What should a contract include in this scope to better protect the company interest? What should we look out for and what mistakes should we be aware of?
