On 24 November, Rafał Kos, PhD took part in a discussion on the amendment of Article 1163 of the Code of Civil Procedure, which took place as part of the seminar of the Department of Civil Procedure of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw, where Aleksandra Orzeł-Jakubowska, PhD delivered her paper “The New Regulation of Corporate Arbitration Against the Background of the Principle of Parties’ Autonomy”.
