Maciej Durbas, PhD, of counsel, co-leader of the arbitration desk at KKG, has recently been entered on the list of Recommended Arbitrators of three courts – the Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce in Warsaw, the Court of Arbitration at the Confederation Lewiatan in Warsaw, and the Construction Arbitration Court at the Consulting Engineers and Experts Association in Warsaw.
