On 2 March, a lecture titled “The Impact of the Pandemic on International Arbitration” was held by Kubas Kos Gałkowski Academy and the Academic Society of American Law of the Jagiellonian University.

The guest of the meeting was Maciej Durbas, senior associate at Kubas Kos Gałkowski. During the lecture, the state of online arbitration before the pandemic was discussed. The participants learned what changes and documents facilitating online arbitration were introduced by arbitration institutions. The benefits and risks of conducting online arbitration were also analysed.
