This July, as in previous years, dr hab. Arkadiusz Radwan appeared as a visiting professor for the “Summer School on European & Comparative Company Law” held at LUISS Guido Carli in Rome (July 14-22 2017), where he taught a class on Takeovers.

The program is run under the umbrella of CECL – Centre for European Company Law bringing together Universities in Leiden, Utrecht, Maastricht, Uppsala, Rome and the Allerhand Institute.
