This July, as in previous years, dr hab. Arkadiusz Radwan appeared as a visiting professor for the “Summer School on European & Comparative Company Law” held at LUISS Guido Carli in Rome (July 14-22 2017), where he taught a class on Takeovers.
Sessions of the LUISS Summer School on European and Comparative Company Law, taught by leading company law scholars as well as practitioners who are partners with major Italian and European law firms, allow participants to prepare for or complement a graduate degree in business law by gaining in-depth exposure to the theory and practice of company law in Europe and acquiring the tools for dealing with cross-border transactions involving listed companies.
The program is run under the umbrella of CECL – Centre for European Company Law bringing together Universities in Leiden, Utrecht, Maastricht, Uppsala, Rome and the Allerhand Institute.
