21 years of the functioning of the Warsaw Stock Exchange

From 26-27 April, an international conference (organised by the Commercial Law Section of the UJ Law Students Library Society and the Klub Jagielloński in cooperation with the Department of Private Commercial Law UJ and the Department of Commercial Policy UJ) was held. It was dedicated to 21 years of the functioning of the Warsaw Stock Exchange – The Capital Market Law in the Perspective of 21 Years of Operation of the Stock Exchange in Warsaw. The objective of the conference was the exchange of experience between academic circles and practitioners as well as the analysis of development of the broadly understood Polish financial market. On the first day of the event, the presentations of expert speakers included a paper delivered by Dr. Arkadiusz Radwan, KKG of counsel (Exit from a Public Company). On the second day of the conference, Dr. Radwan took on the role of moderator of the 5th Expert Paper Panel. KKG was featured among the sponsors of the conference.
